What an angle is made of.

Second Unit sells angles in flight, not disciplines. The four capabilities below are the material an angle gets built from: a performance cut, a creator-style variant, a character who is still there in month six, a title and sound system that makes all three read as the same brand.

Most angles cross two or three of them inside a month, and none of that costs a second supplier or a second brief. So these are four ways of describing one retainer, not four things to buy. Read whichever one sounds like your problem.

How it runs

You approve. That is the whole obligation.

The studio proposes the angles, drawn from what is already selling in your account and your category. Approving them is the whole of your side of it.

First angles live in five working days

Called test angles, because that is what they are. The brand system is built alongside them, against what the tests reveal rather than against assumptions made in week one.

Angles run in parallel

How many is the thing you are actually buying: one, three, six. Each is a separate argument for the product, running against the others rather than after them.

The read comes back in

The studio holds the account, so it sees which angle moved and which did not. That is where the next cycle starts, and it is the part a swipe file cannot copy.

The brand system stays yours

Templates, character profiles, grade, type and sound. You paid for the work, so the work is yours. The rig that produces it stays with the studio.

You do not have to know which of these you need.

Every angle in flight moves every working day. Something you can look at, not a status update. If we miss a day, you don't pay for it.
